Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Peel and devein the shrimp if not done. Rinse and pat dry. Season with salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear shrimp for about 1 minute on each side until pink and golden.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, add garlic and shallot. Cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add chili flakes, pour in vodka and cook for 3 minutes to reduce.
  5. Add fish broth, bring to a gentle boil, whisk in remaining butter until smooth.
  6. Return shrimp to skillet, heat through. Add lemon juice and parsley before serving.
