Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine ¼ cup softened cream cheese, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon onion powder, and ⅓ teaspoon black pepper. Blend until smooth, then stir in 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and 2 grated carrots.
  2. Lay out 10-inch tortillas on a clean surface. Evenly spread half of the cream cheese mixture on each tortilla, leaving about half an inch from the edges.
  3. On each tortilla, layer ½ cup fresh spinach and 3 slices of deli turkey meat. Customize by adding more vegetables or switching proteins.
  4. Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly, keeping the filling secure inside. Place seam side down.
  5. Slice each rolled tortilla into 6 equal pieces, creating bite-sized pinwheels.
  6. Wrap each rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to enhance flavor.
