Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the canned tuna, mayonnaise, and mustard. Stir in the chopped celery and green onions until evenly mixed. Season with salt and pepper to taste. It should take about 3 minutes to prepare.
  2. Take a sheet of nori and lay it flat. Spoon a generous portion of the tuna salad onto the bottom third of the nori, leaving about an inch margin on the sides.
  3. Starting from the edge where the filling lies, begin rolling the nori tightly upward, tucking in the filling as you go. Dab a little water on the edge to seal it shut if necessary.
