  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro adds a fresh, herbal note
  • 2 tbsp juice of lime
  • optional sliced jalapeños for added heat and flavor
  • optional hot sauce to drizzle on top for extra zest

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a 23 x 33 cm baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked shredded chicken, corn kernels, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and shredded cheese.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle additional shredded cheese on top.
  5. Bake the casserole for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
