  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 4 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Zest
  • 1 cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
For Finishing Touches
  • 2 tablespoons Milk For brushing

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Stack three pie crusts and roll them out into a large rectangle. Press it into the pan.
  3. Combine strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla, and salt in a bowl. Toss until coated.
  4. Pour the strawberry mixture into the crust. Cut decorative shapes from the remaining crust for the top.
  5. Brush the top with milk and sprinkle with coarse sugar. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
  6. Let the pie cool completely for at least 2 hours.
