Method
 

Preparation

  4. Mix ricotta with salt and pepper, adding honey if desired until creamy.
  5. Chop strawberries into small pieces and set aside.
  6. Spread the ricotta on toasted baguette and top with chopped strawberries.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with basil before serving.
