  • 4 pieces Hotdog Buns whole wheat or gluten-free

  • 8 slices Bacon or turkey bacon

  • 2 pieces Jalapeños diced

Cooking Steps
  1. Cook bacon on a griddle over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until crispy. Crumble and set aside.

  3. Butterfly beef franks and grill for 90-120 seconds cut-side down. Flip and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Toast hotdog buns cut side down on the griddle for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
