  • 2 large Eggs can substitute with flax egg for vegans
  • 1 cup Shredded Gouda Cheese can substitute with mozzarella, cheddar, or vegan cheese
  • 1 cup Deli Chicken or Turkey can replace with cooked veggies for a vegetarian option
For Flavor
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pepperoni turkey pepperoni can lighten the dish
  • 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce homemade or store-bought
  • 1/4 cup Tomato Passata optional if using well-seasoned sauce
For Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder can use fresh garlic
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil can use fresh basil for a brighter note

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a wide, shallow bowl, crack and whisk together the large eggs until well combined and slightly frothy.
  2. Dip one rice paper sheet into the egg mixture for about 5 seconds, ensuring it’s fully coated but not overly soggy.
  3. Once you have three rice paper sheets ready, lay them side by side on a flat surface, slightly overlapping each sheet.
  4. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce evenly across the rice paper sheets, leaving a small border at the edges.
  5. Sprinkle a generous layer of shredded Gouda cheese, followed by deli chicken or turkey slices, and then add the chopped pepperoni.
  6. Fold the sides of each rice paper sheet over the filling to tuck it in, then start rolling tightly from one end to the other.
  7. Place each assembled roll seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Preheat your air fryer or oven to 350°F. Bake the Rice Paper Pizza Rolls for about 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
