Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Roll out the pie crust on a floured surface and cut out 5–6 inch circles.
- Press each dough circle into the greased muffin tins to form cups.
- Spoon 1 to 1½ teaspoons of pizza sauce into each crust cup.
- Layer shredded mozzarella cheese on top, followed by mini pepperoni slices and seasonings.
- Cut smaller circles from the remaining dough to seal the pies on top.
- Optional: Brush the tops with a beaten egg and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
