Step-by-Step Instructions for PEACH RASPBERRY ICED TEA
- In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of fresh raspberries, 1 cup of diced peaches, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 cup of filtered water. Place over medium heat and stir gently for 5-7 minutes until sugar dissolves and mixture simmers.
- Remove from heat and let cool for 2 minutes. Strain out solids using a fine mesh strainer, collecting syrup in a bowl or jar.
- Brew 4 cups of black tea by steeping tea bags in boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Let cool to room temperature.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, pour cooled black tea over ice to fill halfway. Add peach raspberry syrup to taste, stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a slice of lemon. Serve immediately or store syrup and tea separately for up to 2 weeks.

Notes
Make the syrup in advance for quick summer drinks. Use frozen fruits directly in the saucepan for easy prep. Adjust syrup sweetness to taste. Freeze leftover fruit pieces in ice cubes for extra flavor.
