- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Mix together about two tablespoons of olive oil with one clove of minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Coat the top surface of the naan bread with the garlic oil mixture.
- Place the oiled naan bread on a non-stick cookie sheet.
- Evenly layer fresh mozzarella slices over the naan.
- Add ripe peach slices on top of the mozzarella evenly.
- Sprinkle a pinch of salt and freshly cracked black pepper over the entire pizza.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
- Prepare an optional balsamic reduction by simmering balsamic vinegar in a saucepan until thickened.
- Once baked, top with fresh basil leaves and optional balsamic reduction. Slice and serve warm.
