  • 2 pieces Fresh peaches Always choose ripe peaches for optimal flavor.
  • 8 oz Fresh mozzarella Feel free to experiment with other cheeses.
  • 1 cup Basil leaves Can substitute with thyme or arugula.
  • to taste Salt Essential for seasoning.
  • to taste Black pepper Essential for seasoning.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Mix together about two tablespoons of olive oil with one clove of minced garlic in a small bowl.
  3. Coat the top surface of the naan bread with the garlic oil mixture.
  4. Place the oiled naan bread on a non-stick cookie sheet.
  5. Evenly layer fresh mozzarella slices over the naan.
  6. Add ripe peach slices on top of the mozzarella evenly.
  7. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and freshly cracked black pepper over the entire pizza.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
  9. Prepare an optional balsamic reduction by simmering balsamic vinegar in a saucepan until thickened.
  10. Once baked, top with fresh basil leaves and optional balsamic reduction. Slice and serve warm.
