  2. Clean the portobello mushrooms and slice them into even pieces, about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. In a metal baking sheet, combine light olive oil, liquid smoke, soy sauce, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Arrange the sliced mushrooms in the marinade for 2-3 minutes on one side before flipping.
  5. Place the marinated mushrooms in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Flip and bake for another 15 minutes.
  6. After the second period, give them one last flip and bake for additional 5-10 minutes.
