- Crush 24 Oreo cookies until fine crumbs; set aside.
- Blend 8 oz cream cheese, 1 cup whipped topping, and 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread half of the crushed Oreo cookies in a rectangular dish to form the base.
- Spoon half of the cream filling over the base layer and spread evenly.
- Add the remaining crushed Oreos on top of the cream filling, pressing gently.
