Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of softened butter with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to blend these ingredients together until creamy and smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Stir in 4 minced garlic cloves into the creamy butter mixture. Mix well until the garlic is evenly distributed throughout the sauce.
  3. Add ¼ cup of chopped fresh parsley and 2 tablespoons of chopped chives to the mixture. Gently fold in the herbs until they are thoroughly blended.
