  • 4 Puff Pastry Shells Pre-made or homemade

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare your ingredients for a smooth cooking experience.
  2. Bake the puff pastry shells on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Melt butter in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking for about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the mushrooms and sauté them for about 5-7 minutes until browned and their moisture has evaporated.
  5. Fold in sliced chicken breast and cook for 4-5 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink.
  6. Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stirring to combine. Gradually pour in chicken stock until thickened.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in herbs, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Spoon the creamy filling into the cooled puff pastry shells and serve immediately.
