Preparation Steps
- In a medium bowl, combine your favorite cereal with milk. Stir gently and refrigerate for 30 minutes to infuse the flavors.
- After 30 minutes, strain the cereal and milk mixture through a fine-mesh strainer. Discard the solid cereal.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strained cereal milk with rolled oats, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and protein powder. Mix until combined.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to jars and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Before serving, stir well and top with fresh fruit, extra cereal, or nut butter as desired.
