  • 1 cup Milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats avoid steel-cut oats
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt can be plain or flavored
Flavor Boost
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract or almond extract
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup or honey
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder optional

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine your favorite cereal with milk. Stir gently and refrigerate for 30 minutes to infuse the flavors.
  2. After 30 minutes, strain the cereal and milk mixture through a fine-mesh strainer. Discard the solid cereal.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the strained cereal milk with rolled oats, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and protein powder. Mix until combined.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to jars and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. Before serving, stir well and top with fresh fruit, extra cereal, or nut butter as desired.
