Make the Cherry Filling:In a bowl, mix drained cherries with cherry jam and 2 tablespoons of the reserved cherry juice or cherry liqueur. Set aside to soak.

Whip the Cream Layer:In a mixing bowl, beat chilled coconut cream until fluffy. Add vegan cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Tiramisu:Dip slices of chocolate sponge or ladyfingers quickly into the coffee mixture. Line the bottom of a dish with the soaked sponge. Top with half the cherry mixture and then half the coconut cream layer.
Repeat Layers:Add another layer of dipped sponge, followed by the rest of the cherries and the remaining cream layer.
Chill:Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
