Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix together 2 cups of white chocolate chips and 1 can of sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Heat the mixture in the microwave at medium power for 30 seconds. Remove and stir gently. Repeat until melted and smooth, about 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. Gently fold in most of the chopped Oreo cookies, reserving half a cup for later.
  5. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and pour the fudge mixture in, spreading it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the reserved Oreo pieces on top, gently pressing them in.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm, covering loosely with plastic wrap.
  8. Lift the fudge out of the pan using parchment paper, slice into squares, and serve.
