Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- In a bowl, whisk powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Add egg whites and vanilla, mixing until a thick batter forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls onto the baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes.
- Let cool completely on the baking sheet.
Notes
- These cookies will be very soft right out of the oven—cool fully to set.
- Use dairy-free chocolate chips for a fully dairy-free version.
