- Step 3: Combine Base Mixture - Fold in the crushed arrowroot biscuits and Rice Bubbles until well combined. Transfer to the lined tin and press down firmly.
- Step 4: Prepare Topping - Melt additional dark chocolate with vegetable oil in a bowl. Stir until smooth, then incorporate peppermint essence.
