- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a small baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the room-temperature brie cheese in the center of the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the halved walnuts over the brie, then add fresh rosemary sprigs on top.
- Drizzle the honey over the walnuts and brie.
- Bake for approximately 12 minutes until soft to the touch.
