Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly under cold water, slice off both ends, and chop into chunks.
  2. In a blender, combine chopped cucumbers, lime juice, mint leaves, water, and sweetener. Blend for 30-45 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing solids with a spoon.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity by adding more sweetener or lime juice as needed.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves, lime wheels, or cucumber ribbons.
