- Brown sausage in a skillet and transfer to slow cooker.
- Add broth, tomatoes, onion, garlic, and seasoning.
- Cook on low for 4–5 hours.
- Stir in tortellini and cook for 30 minutes.
- Add spinach and cream, stir until warmed through.
Notes
- Substitute with turkey sausage for a lighter option. Great for leftovers!
