Method
- Place the beef, bell peppers, and onion into the slow cooker.
- Add garlic, diced tomatoes (with juices), soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ginger, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until beef is tender.
- If a thicker sauce is desired, stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook for an additional 15–20 minutes.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.

- Add a dash of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- You can substitute the soy sauce for coconut aminos for a gluten-free option.
