Crockpot Chicken Tacos make dinner easy and delicious!

These Crockpot Chicken Tacos are incredibly simple, juicy, and packed with flavor. Just toss a few ingredients into the slow cooker, let it simmer, and come home to the easiest taco night ever!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • Corn or flour tortillas for serving
  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese sour cream, avocado, chopped cilantro, lime wedges

Method
 

  1. Add chicken breasts to the crockpot. Sprinkle taco seasoning on top.
  2. Pour in salsa and chicken broth.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Shred chicken with two forks and stir back into the sauce.
  5. Serve in tortillas with desired toppings.

Notes

  • You can substitute salsa with Rotel or green enchilada sauce for a twist.
