These Easy Salmon Patties are crispy on the outside, tender inside, and served with a tangy, creamy lemon-garlic sauce for a healthy and flavorful meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans 6 oz each salmon, drained
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, mayo, egg, onion, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form into patties.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
  5. For the sauce, mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Serve patties hot with sauce.

Notes

  • Use fresh salmon for extra flavor.
  • Add dill or hot sauce for a twist.
