  • 1 teaspoon paprika smoked or sweet
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Spicy Aioli
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation

  4. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  5. For the aioli, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, sriracha, and lemon juice in a bowl; mix well.
  6. Serve the crispy potatoes hot with spicy aioli on the side.
