  • 200 g Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Dill chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Mint chopped
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest
  • Black Pepper to taste
Phyllo Wrapping
  • Phyllo Pastry
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil divided
Chili Honey Drizzle
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 tbsp Chili Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta, dill, mint, lemon zest, and black pepper, mixing until well combined.
  3. Layer phyllo sheets, brushing each with olive oil, then cut into four strips.
  4. At the end of each strip, place about 1 tablespoon of the feta mixture and roll tightly, tucking in the sides.
  5. Place rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet, brush with remaining olive oil, and bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. While baking, prepare the chili honey drizzle by warming honey, chili flakes, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
  7. Drizzle honey over the rolls once baked or serve it on the side for dipping.
