Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta, dill, mint, lemon zest, and black pepper, mixing until well combined.
- Layer phyllo sheets, brushing each with olive oil, then cut into four strips.
- At the end of each strip, place about 1 tablespoon of the feta mixture and roll tightly, tucking in the sides.
- Place rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet, brush with remaining olive oil, and bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- While baking, prepare the chili honey drizzle by warming honey, chili flakes, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
- Drizzle honey over the rolls once baked or serve it on the side for dipping.
