Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  3. Thinly slice 3 medium-sized yellow onions to about ⅙ inch and arrange in a single layer over the grated parmesan.
  4. Evenly coat the onions with 2 tablespoons of avocado oil using a pastry brush.
  5. Sprinkle the assembled Onion Ring Chips with paprika, coarse sea salt, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and ground black pepper.
  6. Bake the chips for 25 to 30 minutes until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
