- Combine 1/3 cup of flour with plant milk, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Dip each piece of jackfruit into the batter, roll in remaining flour for an even coat.
- Heat canola oil over medium heat and fry the coated jackfruit wings for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
