  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, add cornflakes, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and a pinch of sea salt. Pulse until finely crushed.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and hot sauce. Dip each chicken tenderloin in the mixture, then dredge in the cornflake crumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken on the baking sheet, spaced apart. Drizzle with olive oil.
