  • 1 tsp Chipotle Chili Powder
For Garnishing
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Herbs (Thyme, Cilantro, or Parsley) to taste

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Crush cornflakes with smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt in a food processor until coarse crumbs.
  3. Beat eggs with hot sauce in a bowl, dip chicken in it, then dredge in cornflake crumbs.
  4. Place coated chicken on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Mix honey, hot sauce, cayenne, chipotle, garlic powder, and onion powder in a saucepan and heat until thickened.
  6. Drizzle hot honey sauce over baked chicken and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
