Preparation Steps
- Wash and dice three large cucumbers into bite-sized pieces and halve a cup of cherry tomatoes. Set aside in a mixing bowl.
- Finely chop half a medium red onion and add it to the bowl with the cucumbers and tomatoes.
- Cook six strips of bacon in a skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes until crispy. Allow to cool and crumble.
- Combine the cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, and crumbled bacon in the mixing bowl. Toss gently to mix.
- Stir in one cup of shredded cheese and toss again to combine.
- Add one cup of ranch dressing and one tablespoon of chopped dill. Mix thoroughly to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill.
- Just before serving, toss the salad gently and serve chilled.
