- Make the Caesar Dressing by combining all dressing ingredients in a medium bowl. Whisk until smooth and creamy, reserving some for assembly.
- Prepare the Romaine by chopping the romaine hearts and tossing them in a portion of the Caesar dressing. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
