Step-by-Step Instructions for Bang Bang Cauliflower
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232ºC) while you get your ingredients ready. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and cornstarch until well combined. Toss the cauliflower florets in this mixture.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until frothy, then add the coated cauliflower to this mixture.
- In another bowl, mix the Panko breadcrumbs with extra-virgin olive oil, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper.
- Arrange the even coated cauliflower bites in a single layer on the lined baking sheets. Bake for 22-25 minutes.
- While the cauliflower is baking, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and honey in a mixing bowl.
