Method
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté mushrooms until browned.
- Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Deglaze with broth, then stir in cream and thyme. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add Parmesan, stir until melted. Return chicken to pan and simmer for another 3–4 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite side.
Notes
- Use bone-in thighs for more flavor.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or thyme for a burst of color.
