Crispy Baked Chicken Thighs are easy and delicious!

Tender chicken thighs smothered in a luscious garlic mushroom cream sauce—perfect over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes for an elegant yet easy dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 ounces mushrooms sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté mushrooms until browned.
  3. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Deglaze with broth, then stir in cream and thyme. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add Parmesan, stir until melted. Return chicken to pan and simmer for another 3–4 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite side.

Notes

  • Use bone-in thighs for more flavor.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley or thyme for a burst of color.
