For the Maple Glaze
  • 1/2 cup Pure maple syrup Honey can be used as a substitute
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted butter Margarine can work in a pinch
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder Fresh garlic can enhance flavor

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wrap each mozzarella ball with a slice of thick-cut bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  3. Roll each bacon-wrapped mozzarella popper in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  4. Arrange poppers on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
  5. Melt butter in a saucepan, stir in maple syrup and garlic powder, and simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Drizzle the warm maple glaze over the poppers and serve immediately.
