Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, scoop out the flesh of the avocado and mash it until smooth. Combine Parmesan, lemon juice, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat a measuring cup with nonstick spray and spoon the avocado mixture into it, pressing down to flatten. Remove from the cup and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake the chips for 15 to 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Allow the chips to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes to crisp up.
  6. Serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy with dips like guacamole or salsa.
