Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley optional
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat & Prep: Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Season Salmon: Pat salmon dry with paper towels. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Air Fry: Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook for 7-10 minutes, depending on thickness, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the salmon flakes easily.
  4. Serve: Remove and serve with lemon wedges and your favorite sides like roasted veggies, rice, or a fresh salad.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the salmon for 15 minutes before air frying.
  • Don’t overcrowd the basket—cook in batches if needed for even crisping.
  • This recipe works great with both fresh and thawed frozen salmon.
  • Add a pinch of cayenne for a spicy kick!
