- In a small bowl, combine ranch seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, granulated sugar, onion powder, and salt. Stir well.
- Using a pizza cutter, slice corn or flour tortillas into 6 or 8 wedges.
- Lightly spray the tortilla wedges with cooking spray and sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F for about 3 minutes.
- Place the seasoned tortilla wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook the tortilla pieces for 3 minutes, then flip each chip and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove the chips from the air fryer and let them cool on paper towels.
