- Start by washing your apples thoroughly. Peel them if you prefer, and then slice each apple into ½ inch wedges, making sure to remove all seeds.
- Create a breading station by arranging three shallow bowls in a line: one for all-purpose flour, one for the beaten eggs, and the last for panko breadcrumbs mixed with half of the cinnamon-sugar.
- Dredge each apple wedge first in the flour, then dip it into the beaten egg, and finally coat with the panko breadcrumb mixture.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes. Arrange the coated apple slices in a single layer in the fryer basket and lightly spray with cooking spray.
