  1. Start by washing your apples thoroughly. Peel them if you prefer, and then slice each apple into ½ inch wedges, making sure to remove all seeds.
  2. Create a breading station by arranging three shallow bowls in a line: one for all-purpose flour, one for the beaten eggs, and the last for panko breadcrumbs mixed with half of the cinnamon-sugar.
  3. Dredge each apple wedge first in the flour, then dip it into the beaten egg, and finally coat with the panko breadcrumb mixture.
