Step-by-Step Instructions for Creamy Vodka Pasta
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until golden and fragrant.
- Pour in 1/2 cup of vodka while stirring and let it simmer for approximately 5 minutes.
