  • 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream or non-dairy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Flour for thickening
For the Pasta
  • 12 ounces Rigatoni Pasta or other pasta shapes
For Garnishing
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Parsley or basil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan optional

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prep Ingredients: Mince garlic and halve cherry tomatoes. Gather your workspace for convenience.
  2. Sauté Garlic: Heat olive oil in a pan, add minced garlic and sauté until golden.
  3. Cook Tomatoes: Add halved cherry tomatoes to the pan, sauté until softened.
  4. Deglaze Pan: Pour in white wine, simmer to deglaze and add chili flakes and tomato paste.
  5. Add Cream: Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, then add flour slurry to thicken.
  6. Season & Combine: Add salt, pepper, parsley, and cooked pasta; mix thoroughly.
  7. Simmer: Cover and let pasta simmer in sauce for about 5 minutes.
  8. Serve: Plate the pasta, garnish with Parmesan and parsley, then enjoy!
