Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. In a separate bowl, combine 1/4 cup of condensed milk and 1/4 cup of evaporated milk, mixing until smooth.
  4. Pour the warm brewed tea back into the pitcher and gently stir in the creamy milk mixture.
  5. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and carefully pour the creamy tea mixture over the ice.
