Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your baking dish and ingredients.
- Thoroughly wash and dry 4 cups of fresh spinach. Chop the spinach into small pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 8 oz. of softened cream cheese and 1 cup of sour cream. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1 tsp of garlic powder, and 0.5 tsp of seasoned salt. Mix well.
- Fold in the chopped spinach. Ensure it’s evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish. Spread it evenly and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Keep an eye on it!
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
