  • 1 cup Sour Cream Can substitute with Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Or other cheese blends like Monterey Jack
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Fresh garlic can also be used
  • 0.5 tsp Seasoned Salt
For Serving
  • 1 cup Spooky Crackers/Breadsticks Gluten-free options available
  • 2 cups Veggie Sticks Carrot and celery recommended

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your baking dish and ingredients.
  2. Thoroughly wash and dry 4 cups of fresh spinach. Chop the spinach into small pieces.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine 8 oz. of softened cream cheese and 1 cup of sour cream. Blend until smooth.
  4. Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1 tsp of garlic powder, and 0.5 tsp of seasoned salt. Mix well.
  5. Fold in the chopped spinach. Ensure it’s evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  6. Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish. Spread it evenly and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Keep an eye on it!
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
