Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked rotini pasta
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add cooked pasta, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, cheese, and parsley.
