- Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the bowtie pasta, cooking according to package instructions (10-12 minutes). Drain and reserve a cup of pasta water.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Add the drained bowtie pasta and toss until coated, about 1-2 minutes.
- Gradually add 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously to melt evenly. Add reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
- Plate the pasta and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
