Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the bowtie pasta, cooking according to package instructions (10-12 minutes). Drain and reserve a cup of pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Add the drained bowtie pasta and toss until coated, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Gradually add 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously to melt evenly. Add reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
  5. Plate the pasta and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
