  • 1/2 cup Sugar Adjust according to taste.
  • 2 cups Full-fat plain Greek yogurt Non-dairy yogurt can be used for a plant-based option.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and remove the stems from fresh strawberries. Slice them thinly or dice them into small pieces and transfer to the Ninja Creami container.
  2. Add sugar to the strawberries and stir gently. Let it sit for 20–30 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Mash the strawberries for a chunky texture or use an immersion blender for a smoother consistency. Mix in the Greek yogurt until combined.
  4. Place the container into the freezer for at least 24 hours.
  5. Once frozen, remove from freezer and insert into the Ninja Creami. Select the Lite Ice Cream setting.
  6. Check the texture; if crumbly, add a splash of milk and respin.
  7. Scoop into bowls or cones, and garnish with fresh strawberries or honey.
