Ingredients
  

  • Cooked whole wheat pasta
  • Cherry tomatoes halved
  • Cucumber diced
  • Red onion finely chopped
  • Bell peppers chopped
  • Feta cheese crumbled
  • Greek yogurt
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, bell peppers, and feta.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour dressing over the salad and toss until everything is well coated.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can use any type of short pasta for this.
  • Add grilled chicken or chickpeas for extra protein.
