Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a blender, combine avocado, garlic, basil, dill, and white wine vinegar. Blend until creamy and smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  3. In the same pot, add cooled pasta, dressing, chickpeas, and spinach. Fold ingredients together ensuring even coating.
  4. Slice green onions and sprinkle over the salad. Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes to enhance flavors.
